When will items be restocked?

We usually can't give an exact time or date when items will be restocked because its due to our suppliers, shipping and more factors.

We will re-stock the Bayu-beige items this year, hopefully around September.

We will also have new lingerie and loungewear collections end of this year.

Can I get fitting or style advice?

Yes, please send us a DM on Instagram and our creative director will try to answer your questions as soon as possible.
Please note that we get a LOT of messages so it can take some time before we respond.
We do our best to respond within 2 days.

Will there be another discount or sale?

We will have an after summer sales this year. This will start around September.
However, this will not be on all styles and colours and we will most likely be sold out of the best selling
colours like Dusk, Dusky, Bayu-beige and Riva. And the other items are already running out of stock.
So we recommend purchasing the bikini that you want quickly before its sold out and use our sales and discount
promotions to buy an extra set.

About us

Bayu The Label was founded in 2017 by Juliette Frijling in 2017, Bali, Indonesia.
Jules wanted to create innovative designs, creative prints and perfect styling.
Through her own life experiences she found out that bikinis represent a woman's self-image,
her confidence and celebration of her life.

Hereby, Bayu The Label's mission was born;
Bayu will give all women the confidence and inner peace by showing that beauty comes in many forms, shapes,
sizes and colours. That true beauty lies in imperfection, confidence and self love.
We aspire to change the fashion industry by promoting a diverse array of body types, one bikini at a time.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

The shipping costs depend on the shipping country and your order value.

Netherlands
We charge €1 for mailbox shipping and max. €4 for parcel shipping.

European countries:
Normal postal shipping (if available in your country) will cost only around €3 or €4.
This will take about 6 working days for you to receive.
You can also chose an express service which will be around €9.
This normally only takes 1 to 3 days.

NON-european countries
We only send with express services to non-european countries.
This will costs between €40 to €5 depending on country and order value.
The higher the order value, the cheaper the shipping will be.
Usually delivery only takes about 2 to 6 working days.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Basically every country where Fedex and DHL delivers which is basically all countries in the world.

European countries:

Returns questions

Can I exchange an item?

No, unfortunately, we can not change your order to exchange items.
If you already received the items, please make a new order for the desired items and return the items you
don't want to keep.

How do I return an item?

We have 2 different methods to exchange, depending on which country your sending the return from.
If you send it from The Netherlands, you use a different portal then from all other countries.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on when your order arrives at our warehouse. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

Why do you charge a small return fee for returns from The Netherlands?

We pay for your return label to make it as comfortable and fast as possible to return items.
For returns from The Netherlands we deduct €7,50 from your refund.
This is more or less the same amount you will pay at a PostNL postoffice.
And your return is 100% insured after it was received by PostNL.


Why do you charge a return fee from EU countries for pre-paid labels?

The return fee is only covering the shipping cost that we pay for your pre-paid label that we will provide you.

Your return is fully insured after it was received by the postal company according to the track&trace link.


We understand that for some countries this is a bit much.
If you can find cheaper shipping, you can send it back to us yourself.

Note that your return will not be insured by us if you decide to use this method and ship it yourself.
Also, we can not gather your return from any other place then our warehouse.
So make sure it will be delivered to our address which will be provided on the platform.

Organise your return

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We happily accept returns within 14-days after the delivery date.
We only ask that the following requirements are met:

1. Item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and/or hygiene seal remaining in place.

2. Items must not be worn, altered or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other substance on them.

3. We do NOT accept returns of cosmetic products, lingerie thongs/strings and thights.

4. We only accept returns from beach towels if they are still sealed in the plastic bag it was provided in.

We can not accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
We recommend briefly fitting your item over your underwear and keep the bikini in the provided packaging for protection. 

In the rare case that one of our items shows an imperfection upon receiving it, we ask to let us know within 48 hours from the
delivery time by emailing photos and a description of the imperfection to: customerservice@bayuthelabel.com

RETURNS FROM THE NETHERLANDS

You will create a prepaid return label, a charge of €7.50 in total will be deducted from the refund.
Once your parcel is received by PostNL it is fully insured by us.

(For example: #20000) otherwise it wont work.

IMPORTANT:

1. You can return items from different orders in 1 return parcel. The €7,50 will only be charged once.
In this case its crucial to add a note with all the order numbers.

RETURNS FROM EU COUNTRIES (EXCEPT SWEDEN & DENMARK)

We offer pre-paid labels for returns from all EU countries EXCEPT Sweden and Denmark.

Please know that we will deduct an amount from your refund to cover the shipping cost.

Ordering and delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 48 hours, please get in touch at customerservice@bayuthelabel.com just in case there’s a problem with your order.

How do I cancel or alter my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it.
So usually its impossible for us to see your email on time before shipping.
However, if you email us on customerservice@bayuthelabel.com with the word CANCEL or CHANGE in the subject,
we will try to cancel or adjust your order before its shipped out.

We can NOT change the items in your order. For that you need to place a new order.
We can change your address, however, it depends if we can apply the change before shipping your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Diners, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by IDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna AfterPay.
Please note, we only accept KLARNA payments from Dutch and German customers.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of the arrival of your return in our warehouse. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll send an automatic email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
