"I genuinely don’t know who these are designed for but I’m a UK size 8-10 (EU 34 - 36) and had to go for an XL. Stay away from this brand if you have any curves whatsoever. Bayu the Label, you really need to be more inclusive of different body types. You’d make more money that way, surely?!"
"I placed an order on April 23rd. It’s now May 21st, and I still haven’t received anything. Apparently, there was an issue with the carrier, these things can happen, but what’s truly unacceptable is the complete lack of any clear response or concrete solution from customer service. For swimwear at this price point, I expected top-tier service. I ordered in advance to take them on vacation, and in the end, I’m left with nothing: no product, no refund, and no meaningful support. Wasted time, wasted money. It’s absolutely shameful. I do not recommend this brand at all."
