WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We accept refunds on all our pieces within 14-days from the date you received your order. We only ask that the following requirements are met:
1. Item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and/or hygiene seal remaining in place.
2. Item/s must not have been worn, used or altered in any way.
3. Items must not have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other substance on them.
We cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
We recommend briefly fitting your item over your underwear and keep the bikini in the packaging in a clean environment so it can not accidentally get stained or dirty in any way.
In the rare case that one of our items shows an imperfection upon receiving it, please let us know within 48 hours by sending us a photo of the imperfection by email and wait for our respons.
- We do not give refunds on items purchased with a discount code of 20% or more. If you want to send a sale product back, you'll receive a gift card (via e-mail).
The shipping costs will not be covered by us. (We only give a gift card when we receive the retour package at our office, when the items meet the above requirements we’ll directly send the gift card code via e-mail.)
- We are not obliged by law to accept returns because our bikinis and lingerie are sealed hygiene products. However we do accept it to please our customers.
Please follow our instructions carefully so we can guarantee all our customers, including you, we will provide clean items in perfect new conditions.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply first email us at firstname.lastname@example.org using the same e-mail address used to order the items. Please place in the subject of the email the word RETOUR and add your order number (example: RETOUR #1111). Please wait for our respons, we usually answer within 24 hours on working days.
