Return & refund policy

Return & refund policy:

We do accept returns and we do give refunds if you carefully follow this instructions:

1. Immediately check the items after you received it from us to see if there are any imperfections. If there is an imperfection, let us know by email within 48 hours after receiving your order, with a photo before you send it back and wait for our respons.

2. Fit items over your clean underwear and make sure no deodorant, make-up, sweat or other stains were left on the item after you took it off. Do NOT take off the hygiene sticker. Make sure the item is clean and neat and send it back in a way that the items can not get damaged in the process of sending it back to us.

3. If you want to trade the item(s) or get a refund, let us know by email within 14 days after receiving the item. Also make sure you send the item back to us within the same 14 days after receiving it.

4. Make a picture of the package with the label before you send it back to us. This way you have more chance to get compensation if the package is lost by the postal company.

5. Send us the product + hair scrunchies, within the same 14 days after receiving the item, to our office: Binckhorstlaan 36  M3 17, 2516BE, Den Haag, Nederland.
Send it with a track and trace code, insurance and add a note to the package with your name, order number and what you would like us to do.

After we receive the items, we will check carefully for any imperfections on the items. If we find imperfections that you did not mention us within the first 48 hours after receiving your package, we will have to assume that you are responsible for causing the imperfection on the item. In this case we are most likely not able to give any refund or trade it for another item.

We do NOT allow returns for the following:

  • Products received in a condition other than their original condition
  • Products without their hygiene sticker attached
  • Products that appear worn or smell of perfume, deodorant or tan
  • Products that are marked or damaged in any way

Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.

Shipping
If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the return, so it is recommended to use a tracked and insured method for safe delivery. If you want to be sure, send it as a registered letter (aangetekende verzending) so you are guaranteed that your item will arrive at our office.

Colours
Please note that all colour shades can slightly differ in each production run. We also shoot a lot of our photography on film, therefore lighting may have an effect on the colour(s) in the photos and the fabric colour may appear slightly different in real life. However, the difference is minimal.

Sizing chart
So it's very important to follow our sizing chart. You can also contact us through customerservice@bayuthelabel.com for advice in finding you the perfect fitting size of your new bikini. We can not give any guarantee and we can not be held responsible for your final purchase decision that may or may not be based on our advice. If it does not fit well, you can always trade it for a different size or style if you follow our return policy.
