"I really love the bathing suit but when I emailed your team to be able to do an exchange for a larger size, your AI told me that I couldn’t (I am aware that it is written on the website). So even if I’m ordering the same bathing suit but larger and you’ll refund me the price of it, I’ll still need to pay 35 euros of shipping… again… I would have love to have a full refund of the price if I’m ordering it again for another size"
