  • Thongs are final sale products and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons**.
  • Returns are shipped to our warehouse in the Netherlands at the customer’s expense; costs vary by origin.
  • International (non-EU) orders: Import duties/taxes collected at checkout are remitted directly to your local customs authority and are not refundable by Bayu The Label B.V. If you return an item, we refund the product price only (excluding shipping and any duties/taxes).
