How do I join Bayu Rewards?

Simply create an account [here] , and make sure you are also subscribed to our newsletter to receive our rewards emails.

How do I redeem my points?

Login to your account  [rewards page], choose your reward, and click ‘Redeem’. You will then receive an email with your reward code.

Can I merge accounts if I used multiple emails?

Yes! Email customerservice@bayuthelabe.com, and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts and getting all of your points in one account. 

Where can I check my Tier status & points?

View your progress anytime here: (personal rewards page).

When will my points & Tier status update?

Your points and tier status will be updated 21 days after your purchase, to allow you your 14 days return period. 

Why haven’t I received my birthday reward?

If you signed up during your birthday month, your reward may take a little longer to appear.

Do my points & Tier status expire?

Yes, points expire after 12 months. Tier status adjusts based on your yearly activity.

What happens to my points and Tier if I return an item?

Points earned on returned items will be deducted once your return is processed. Your Tier status will adjust accordingly.
